Lititz Mutual Insurance Company (Lititz, Pa.) has selected Guidewire (San Mateo, Calif.) ProNavigator to give employees and independent agents AI-powered answers and guidance within underwriting and claims workflows.
Lititz Mutual will use ProNavigator to provide instant answers drawn from company policies, procedures and expertise, according to a Guidewire statement.

Guidewire says ProNavigator delivers conversational AI, insurance-specific answers and guided recommendations within underwriting and claims workflows. The product is intended to help agents, adjusters and underwriters find information more quickly and consistently while reducing reliance on manual searches across documents and systems.

Gibbel says Lititz Mutual wanted an AI solution that is practical, secure and easy to adopt, while maintaining security and governance. He says ProNavigator will serve as a foundation for extending AI-powered capabilities across future agent and customer experiences.
Embedded Insurance Expertise
Guidewire positions ProNavigator as an embedded AI assistant for insurance expertise. The company says the capability is designed to address agency onboarding challenges, workforce turnover and the need for faster access to institutional knowledge.
