Landmark Insurance Broker, a Mumbai-based insurance broker focused primarily on retail clients, has signed a multiyear contract for Aureus Analytics (Mumbai/Westford, Mass.), a provider of analytics solutions to the insurance and banking industries. By the terms of the deal, Aureus will help Landmark build customer intelligence across its lines of business, toward the goal of driving growth through superior customer experience. This solution will be delivered using Microsoft’s Azure cloud infrastructure, according to the vendor.

Aureus will leverage its CRUX data analytics platform to implement Customer OneView, Household analytics and other predictive models that will help Landmark improve the end customer experience, the vendor reports
