iPipeline, an Exton, Pa.-based provider of software solutions for insurance and financial services, has launched AlphaTrust e-Sign, an electronic signature solution that the vendor says easily integrates with existing applications enabling high-volume, document process automation to reduce costs and dramatically improve the customer experience. The debut of the solution is the result of iPipeline’s acquisition of AlphaTrust in March 2018. AlphaTrust has been in business since 1998 and has processed over 200 million transactions, working with customers such as New York Life, MetLife, GM, LexisNexis, ADP, Oracle, AT&T, Gerber, Viking, and CVS Health.

Bill Brice, VP of e-Signature, iPipeline.

“Buyers of e-signature automation need to consider a holistic platform approach,” comments Tim Wallace, CEO, iPipeline. “They should ensure the selected solution delivers the desired levels of control, predictability and speed to digitize and automate document and signature processes. AlphaTrust e-Sign excels in this category.”

AlphaTrust e-Sign, which is designed to support simple or complex workflows, has a definable user interface to match application and branding needs, strong support for application connectivity and integration, scalability to millions of transactions, robust security, and legal, regulatory and other compliance requirements, according to Wallace. “We are proud to offer one of the most comprehensive e-Sign automation solutions available today at a highly affordable price to our customers,” he adds.

“We have serviced the e-Signature automation needs of some the world’s most recognizable and trusted brands,” comments Bill Brice, VP of e-Signature, iPipeline. “Many of these include top insurers and financial institutions who have selected AlphaTrust e-Sign to transform their businesses, enhance the customer experience, and accelerate sales.

Addressing the Gamut of Document Process Automation Needs

“We have a history of providing customers with product-specific integrations to support their unique workflows and use cases with a private labelling option,” Brice adds. “Our 2018 roadmap includes iGO e-App and DocFast e-Delivery integrations and an Ad Hoc capability by Q4, with Laser App and AFFIRM following in 2019. Our focus is on addressing the full gamut of current and future document process automation needs for our customers, and AlphaTrust e-Sign will serve as a critical component in our platform.”
