iPipeline (Exton, Pa.) has appointed Loren Brockhouse Chief Revenue Officer and Mike James Executive Vice President, Professional Services. Both executives report to Pat O’Donnell, CEO, iPipeline.
Brockhouse will lead the company’s North American go-to-market strategy, overseeing sales, marketing and revenue operations. He also oversees customer experience functions, including support and customer success.

Brockhouse previously held revenue leadership roles at BigHand, Vanco and Businessolver, where he focused on building go-to-market organizations and sales operations.

The company also appointed Mike James EVP, Professional Services. In this role, James leads the company’s professional services organization and delivery strategy.
Delivery Models that Enhance Customer Outcomes

iPipeline also appointed Alex Tompkins Vice President, Product Management, responsible for the company’s life insurance and wealth technology platforms. In the U.K., Ben Grant will lead go-to-market functions including sales, marketing and customer success.
The appointments reflect the company’s continued investment in senior leadership to support product development, client services and growth initiatives in the life insurance and wealth management technology market.
