iPipeline Acquires IFS

The acquisition expands the SSG Digital Platform to include low-code/no code advisor products for onboarding, asset movement, maintenance and transitions.

iPipeline (Exton, Pa.) a provider of cloud-based software solutions for the life insurance and financial services industry, has acquired IFS (Impact Financial Systems; Davidson, N.C.), a provider of service request automation solutions for client onboarding, asset movement, maintenance and advisor transitions. Deployed at some of the world’s largest brokerage, wealth, banking and insurance companies, IFS’s technology will enable iPipeline to expand its SSG Digital Platform further simplify and automate business activities and increase efficiency for advisors working at financial institutions, broker-dealers, and RIAs, according to an iPipeline statement. Tim Parsons, President and CEO, IFS, will be joining iPipeline’s team.
