Vindati (New York), an InsurTech MGU offering specialty products for small to mid-sized businesses and an integrated digital shopping experience for brokers, has appointed John Przedpelski Chief Executive Officer.
Przedpelski was most recently EVP and global head of distribution and digital partnerships for Innovisk Capital Partners (London/New York), which backs Vindati. In various roles Przedpelski held at Innovisk since 2016, he was deeply involved in the build-out of Vindati, making him a natural choice to take the helm of the business at this time, according to a Vindati statement.

Before Joining Innovisk Przedpelski was COO at US RE (Pearl River, N.Y.), where he aided in the development of a telematics and auto insurance joint venture with Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Nagoya, Jap.), according to the Vindadi statement. Przedpelski has also served as COO at Leading Insurance Services (Fort Lee, N.J.), as a Regional Executive at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company (Novato, Calif.) and as Managing Director at RSA (Bedford). Przeldpelski holds an MBA from F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business (Babson) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond.
