Insurium Names Jeremy Williams CEO

The former Tropics Software executive is tasked with continuing to scale all dimensions of the business and lead with an emphasis on client success.

Insurium, provider of a cloud-based core software platform for commercial insurance, has announced the appointment of insurance technology veteran Jeremy Williams as Chief Executive Officer.

Williams previously served as COO and VP of Product & Technology for Tropics Software Technologies. Williams served as Executive Software Product Owner for Workers’ Compensation Solutions for Insurity through Feb. 2019, following that firm’s acquisition of Tropics in 2016. During his career in the insurance technology field, Williams’ has focused on building client relationships and improving the client experience, delivering industry innovation and software solutions, and executing on key business objectives and superior results for all stakeholders, according to an Insurium statement.

Williams will be responsible for strategy at Insurium, tasked with continuing to scale all dimensions of the business and lead every team to operate with a strong emphasis on client success and technology, according to the Insurium statement. He will also serve on the Insurium Board of Directors.
