Insurity, Inc. (Hartford), a provider of core insurance processing, data integration and analytics solutions, and One, Inc. (Folsom, Calif.), a provider of cloud-based payment processing software to the insurance industry, have announced a partnership to offer the One Inc. payment processing suite of products as a fully-integrated option with Insurity’s solution portfolio.
One Inc.’s ProcessOne is a cloud-based payment processing and reconciliation solution that a joint vendor statement asserts dramatically reduces credit card costs while simplifying the payment process for an insurer’s customers and staff. The solution will also come with ContactOne One, Inc.’s digital engagement platform. ProcessOne and ContactOne will be integrated into Insurity’s Insurance Decision Suite and to provide what the vendors describe as a seamless payment processing experience for Insurity customers and will include IVR, texting, SocialPay, ePay, and a host of other digital engagement solutions.
“We are excited to be able to offer the One Inc. solution to our customers,” comments Lani Cathey, Executive VP, Insurity. “Developed to address the unique needs of insurance carriers, ProcessOne and ContactOne enable insurers to offer their customers the convenience of card-based payments along with real time access to payment information. Our partnership with One Inc. enables us to offer even more capabilities with our suite of core processing solutions.”
Serving Customers in the Digital Age
“One Inc. is committed to empowering insurers to optimize their operations and have developed solutions that are rigorously tested in real-time insurance management scenarios,” comments Chris Ewing, CEO, One, Inc. “Our partnership with Insurity—a leader in helping insurance organizations modernize and transform core processing and customer-facing initiatives—delivers an integrated-solution to better serve our mutual customers in the digital age.”
“Insurers are realizing they need to offer flexible payment options to consumers,” Ewing adds. “Being able to do this in a cost-effective, PCI compliant manner, while providing reconciliation and integration to Insurity’s Insurance Decision Suite is a winning scenario for insurers and their customers. We couldn’t be more excited about this partnership.”
