Insuresoft Offers Clients Digital Business Benefits Through DocuSign e-Signature Alliance

Through DocuSign’s Cloud Partner Program, the policy admin vendor will include DocuSign electronic signature capabilities within the Diamond System.

Policy administration system vendor Insuresoft (University Park, Ill.) has joined DocuSign Cloud Partner Program to include electronic signature capabilities within Insuresoft’s Diamon System. The DocuSign capabilities will enable Insuresoft to offer insurance carriers the ability to give their distributors and end-customers what Insuresoft characterizes as the benefits of digital business, including a more efficient, simplified application process and a better customer experience.

Insuresoft customers can access the e-signature capabilities in the Diamond System through DocuSign’s Cloud Partner Program.

The addition of DocuSign’s capabilities to the Diamond System has resulted in increased productivity in the operations of Insuresoft client AutoTex, a Richardson, Texas-based insurance agency, according to Travis Donnelly, senior business strategist at the agency. “It has also proven to be a great source of reference on customer files. From start to finish, the implementation team at Insuresoft provided us with a quick turn-around that involved very little time on our part,” Richardson remarks.

Through the DocuSign Cloud Partner Program, Insuresoft reports that its customers can:

  • Realize revenue faster: The signing process for applications and endorsements takes just minutes with DocuSign.
