InsureSign, a Charleston, S.C.-based provider of an e-sign tool has announced its integration with the Applied Epic agency management system. The integration will give Applied Systems (University Park, Ill.) agencies a more seamless and automated signing process while enjoying the added conveniences offered by the e-signature tool, according to a vendor statement. InsureSign debuted the integration this week at Applied Systems’ user conference, Applied Net last week at the Aria in Las Vegas.

Joe Floyd, CEO, InsureSign.

“We already have thousands of Applied Systems customers who use InsureSign with their AMS, so we’re excited to show Epic users how we’ve made securing and managing signatures even easier with this new integration,” comments Joe Floyd, founder and CEO. “We worked closely with Applied Systems’ awesome development team over the past few months, and we can’t wait to have Epic users take it for a spin to see how much easier their lives will be as a result.”

Choice of Two InsureSign Plans

Applied Epic users can choose between two InsureSign plans, according to the vendor. The standard plan allows all users to enjoy getting their documents signed the easiest way possible, along with unlimited signatures, documents and templates each month, and the benefits of audit trails, auto reminders, auto archival, company branding, multi-language support and more, an InsureSign statement says. The premium plan, InsureSign Pro, includes what InsureSign characterizes as a unique suite of innovative features, including text-message signing, in-person signing, reusable forms, a tool for securing company reviews and other features.
