Insurance Technologies Expands Integration Between FireLight and Redtail CRM

The expanded integration enhances the overall sales process of insurance, financial and retirement products for Insurance Technologies clients and their advisors using FireLight.

Insurance Technologies (Colorado Springs, Colo.), a provider of sales and regulatory automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries, has expanded integration between its FireLight e-application order entry solution and Redtail CRM, a client management solution by Redtail Technology (Gold River, Calif.), to broaden support for both Redtail enterprise and individual user accounts.

The expanded integration with Redtail further advances the sales capabilities FireLight currently provides to Insurance Technologies’ clients and their advisors, and enhances the overall sales process of insurance, financial and retirement products, according to a vendor statement.

The integration between Redtail CRM and FireLight enables advisors to automatically pre-fill client information in FireLight applications, simplifying and expediting new business, post-issue, exchange and sub-pay processes, Insurance Technologies reports. Within FireLight, advisors can quickly access, select and pull client and client-related contact information from their Redtail CRM, creating a streamlined in-good-order sales experience, according to the vendor.

Supporting Global Firm Level and Individual User Accounts

FireLight enables firms to support both global firm level accounts and individual user accounts to align with various sales processes, the vendor statement adds.
