Infogix (Naperville, Ill.), a data quality solutions vendor, and Cynosure (Jacksonville, Fla.), a consultant focused on core system modernization, have partnered to develop a suite of policy, billing and claims data analysis business rules—or accelerators—designed to non-intrusively integrate and ensure data integrity between core systems. The vendors forged their partnership through a carrier engagement requiring the integration between over 30 ancillary systems and a core processing suite.
The strategic partnership combines Infogix’s Enterprise Data Analysis Platform capabilities with Cynosure’s expertise in core policy, billing and claims systems processes to create accelerators to integrate with core systems. The accelerators will provide data capture and analysis, as well as real-time balancing and reconciliation and transaction monitoring of tens of thousands of transactions to also track the data lineage, end-to-end, according to the vendors. Infogix will integrate control methodology during core system migration, supported by Cynosure. That, the vendors say, will not only ensure that controls are available upon going into production, but will also expedite integration development, driving operational efficiency to reduce the cost to migrate core system implementation from test development into production. The two companies will also resell each other’s products and services.
