Infofla (Seoul, South Korea) has released Version 2 of its AI automation platform, Selto, with new capabilities designed to meet the needs of high-complexity industries such as finance and insurance. The upgraded system improves automation reliability in dynamic digital environments—critical for sectors where user interfaces and data inputs frequently vary.
Selto V2 is powered by Infofla’s proprietary VLAgent engine, which integrates large language models with visual learning to deliver human-like adaptability. Unlike conventional robotic process automation (RPA) tools that rely on rigid scripting, Selto can recognize real-time screen changes—such as pop-ups or interface shifts—and adjust workflows accordingly.
“Selto V2 is designed to make automation more intuitive and flexible,” says In-mook Choi, CEO, Infofla. “Anyone can now design and manage complex workflows, even in unpredictable environments.”
High-Volume Processes without Manual Intervention
The platform includes enhancements that enable conditional logic, personalized data processing, and visual confirmation of learning steps—features that improve transparency and reduce failure rates in regulated, customer-facing workflows. Selto’s ability to reuse external data inputs, such as customer names or addresses, makes it suitable for high-volume processes without increasing manual intervention.
To support enterprise-level deployments, Infofla has added a centralized administrator dashboard and upgraded Selto’s testing environment with enterprise-grade GPUs. These enhancements are intended to meet the rigorous performance requirements of industries like insurance, where automation must be both scalable and resilient.
Selto is currently in proof-of-concept trials with major insurers and financial institutions and has already been adopted by Korea’s Ministry of the Interior and Safety and leading e-commerce platforms.
