Illinois Casualty Company (ICC, Rock Island, Ill.), a provider of insurance products exclusively for the food and beverage industry, has licensed ValueMomentum’s BizDynamics App2Data Forms Processor module.

App2Data is designed to enable agents to easily submit complete ACORD and proprietary applications along with any supplemental forms and enable insurance carriers to respond with a quote quickly, by eliminating the need to rekey data in ACORD applications, according to the vendor’s description.

Speeding Quote Turnaround

ICC found the App2Data module attractive as a way of supporting growth, improving the application submission process, and providing the kinds of tools that speed quote turnaround and appeal to a younger generation of agents with higher expectations for technology-based efficiencies.

“ValueMomentum’s App2Data is a high-value and scalable solution at an attractive price point,” comments Norm Schmeichel, VP and CIO, ICC. “The implementation of App2Data is key to our effort to achieve our 5-year growth objectives, while we maintain and enhance our competitive advantage in the niche market we serve.”

ICC expects the following benefits from the implementation of ValueMomentum’s App2Data, according to the vendor:

  • increased flow of submissions by enabling agents to submit complete ACORD and proprietary applications and forms via email;
  • automatic extraction of submission data;
  • prefill of ICC’s quoting portal; and,
  • a rapid response to agents.

“We are very pleased that Illinois Casualty has decided to partner with us to implement App2Data to enhance their application submission and quoting process, making it even easier for agents to do business,” comments Jim Carlucci, VP, Insurance, ValueMomentum. “We look forward to working with ICC to strengthen the company’s already impressive market position as one of the leading insurance service providers in the food and beverage industry.”
