IAT Insurance Group, a Raleigh, N.C.-based provider of specialty property/casualty products for personal and commercial lines, has selected Duck Creek (Columbia, S.C.) to replace its legacy policy, rating, billing, and claims systems with the Duck Creek Suite across its six business units. As part of the initiative, the insurer will also deploy Duck Creek Insights, which the vendor describes as a powerful reporting and analytics engine, in concert with the full Duck Creek Suite, all delivered via Duck Creek OnDemand.

Duck Creek Platinum partner Capgemini is working in concert with IAT Insurance Group on the implementation of the Duck Creek Suite, which includes Duck Creek Policy, Duck Creek Billing, Duck Creek Claims, along with Duck Creek Insights, the vendor reports. The vendor describes Duck Creek Insights as designed to give insurers the ability to access and analyze operational and financial data across their entire enterprise.
