The integration enables agencies to access valuation indicators, revenue trends, retention data and performance benchmarks linked to data within the HawkSoft agency management system.

“IA Valuations is excited for the opportunity to partner with HawkSoft and assist in educating their clients on the value of their largest asset—data,” says Jodie Shaw, Director, Business Development, IA Valuations. “Our goal is to help all agency owners realize and maximize their value, and we believe an agency valuation is the best first step to understanding and planning.”

The companies say the integration is designed to support agency owners in planning for perpetuation, acquisitions and broader business strategy by providing visibility into financial performance and valuation metrics.

Clear, Confident Picture

Rushang Shah, Chief Marketing Officer, HawkSoft.

“Independent agency owners are sitting on a goldmine of data, and most struggle to unlock it,” says Rushang Shah, CMO, HawkSoft. “Our partnership with IA Valuations changes that by connecting HawkSoft’s operational data with IA Valuations’ expertise. We’re giving agency owners something they’ve never had before: a clear, confident picture of what their business is worth and where it’s headed.”

The offering is intended to streamline the valuation process by enabling agencies to access relevant data through their management system while maintaining separation between HawkSoft’s platform and IA Valuations’ systems.

The companies say the integration also supports broader trends in the independent agency market, including consolidation and increased focus on data-driven decision-making.
