Hyland Partners with Centric Consulting for Modernization Projects

Hyland Software (Westlake, Ohio) has announced that it has formed a partnership with Centric Consulting (Dayton, Ohio), a business and technology consulting firm with more than 700 professionals nationwide, to help insurers implement core system replacement and modernization projects with Hyland’s flagship product OnBase.

Centric brings deep process and technology experience to its clients, designing solutions that help insurers achieve profitable growth, reduce expenses and realize customer service goals, according to a Hyland statement. Hyland and Centric’s insurance practices specialize in core systems modernization, process improvement and automation, digital innovation, and other areas.
