Horizon Systems and Services (Sheboygan, Wisc.) a provider of modern core systems software to the property/casualty industry, and GhostDraft (Toronto), a provider of document automation and customer communications solutions, have struck a partnership that aims to provide users the ability to create and customize policy forms directly within Horizon’s ALL*Points Policy Administration Solution.
“Customer experience and communication is rapidly becoming a top priority for insurers that want to stay competitive,” comments Kurt Jackson, executive VP of sales, GhostDraft. “We are excited to partner with Horizons Systems to help their customers not only self-configure clear, customized documents, but achieve faster time-to-market and increased customer satisfaction.”
The quality of integration with GhostDraft’s customer communication tool will allow ALL*Points users to easily create custom documents for individual prospects and policyholders, according to a joint statement from the two companies. The solution’s plain-language model includes all the data elements that business users need to populate a typical quote or proposal, according to the vendor statement.
Giving Small- to Medium-Sized Insurers an Edge
