Homie (South Jordan, Utah), a real estate technology company aiming to change the way homes are bought and sold, has expanded of its affiliated insurance distribution company Homie Insurance to Southern Nevada, with the goal of saving homebuyers time and money in securing home insurance.

Kris Cuaresma-Primm, General Manager, Las Vegas, Homie.

“Homie continues to reinvent the homebuying experience and now, its affiliate Homie Insurance has launched in Southern Nevada,” comments Kris Cuaresma-Primm, general manager for Homie in Las Vegas. “Too often, finding the right homeowner insurance can be complicated, time-consuming and expensive. Homie Insurance changes that. As an independent broker, Homie Insurance does all the shopping around and can offer Southern Nevadans a customized homeowner policy at the best available price. Homie Insurance is a homeowner’s partner for as long as they own the home, monitoring the policy to ensure it continues to meet their needs year after year.”

Homie Insurance is an independent brokerage that offers to objectively recommend the right coverage for a homebuyer by shopping multiple highly-rated carriers such as Allstate, Progressive, Travelers, and others on a customer’s behalf.

Homie Insurance says the rates it quotes are the same that a customer would get from shopping directly with each company. After closing, Homie Insurance monitors the policy annually to ensure that it is still the best policy at the lowest rate for the customer’s needs.
