Highstreet Insurance Partners (Traverse City, Mich.) has built its proprietary digital intelligence platform, ora, on the Databricks (San Francisco) Data + AI Platform.

Highstreet says ora brings together data, analytics, intelligent automation and AI to support client service, agency integration and operational consistency across its brokerage network. The platform is designed to help Highstreet deliver what it calls a One Highstreet Experience while preserving the local relationships of its community-based agency model.
Since its founding in 2018, Highstreet has grown through relationships with more than 200 independent insurance agencies and is now among the 25 largest insurance brokerages in the United States, according to a Highstreet statement.

Highstreet says ora gives colleagues timely insights within their daily workflows. The platform helps identify renewal opportunities, cross-sell recommendations and client service priorities, enabling teams to act more quickly and consistently.
The company says ora has integrated data across more than 200 agency relationships and connected more than 3,000 colleagues through a unified data and AI platform. Highstreet also reports that the platform has reduced new agency data onboarding from as much as six months to less than two weeks.
Near-Immediate Visibility
Highstreet says the platform provides near-immediate visibility into new partners’ books of business, accelerating client service and operational insights.
The company says its Community Agency of Choice strategy remains central to its operating model. Highstreet says ora is intended to give local teams better information rather than replace their expertise, allowing colleagues to spend more time serving clients and communities.
