Hexaware (Mumbai), a provider of IT, BPO and consulting services, has announced its global strategic partnership with Active.Ai, a Singapore-based company specializing in conversational AI for digital financial services. The joint strategy aims at providing digitalization and intelligent automation solutions to enable financial institutions to reach higher levels of efficiency, as well as NLP and machine intelligence solutions to support a superior, interactive and superior customer experience as part of next-gen financial services.
