Hearsay Social has launched Hearsay Social for Facebook promoted posts, which social business platform vendor says will allow insurance agents and financial advisors to amplify their reach, increase prospect and customer engagement and grow business through Facebook. The new capability enables financial professionals using the Hearsay platform and Content Library to also promote their posts through Facebook ads, amplifying the visibility of their posts, according to the vendor.
“With more than 1.3 billion people using Facebook every month, financial services companies have a great opportunity to connect with their current and potential customers,” comments Neil Hiltz, Global Head of Financial Services Strategy, Facebook. “Hearsay Social is making it possible for financial services professionals to increase engagement and drive business growth through Facebook promoted posts.”
For financial firms with social business programs, such as Hearsay Social client Thrivent Financial (Appleton, Wisc. and Minneapolis, Minn.), the promoted posts module for Hearsay Social makes it easy to launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook advertising activity by agents and advisors, according to the vendor. Through the Hearsay Social Customer Success program, financial professionals can also access training for Facebook promoted posts to discover the value and learn best practices when advertising on Facebook, according to Hearsay Social.
“I am excited about advertising on Facebook,” said Michelle Monson, Financial Consultant with Thrivent Financial. “I’ve had a business page since 2013 but wasn’t very active until Thrivent’s Field Social Media Team invited me to test Hearsay Social’s new ad functionality. It’s a great way to tell prospects and current clients that I’m on Facebook and to like my page to get helpful financial tips. I’ll be reaching people I never would have met otherwise.”
“We are thrilled to partner with Hearsay Social on this new ad integration and are impressed with the feature’s ease of use,” says Kyle Marie Woods, Marketing Manager at Thrivent Financial. “We are excited about the opportunity it provides our representatives to build their local brand on social and expand their reach.”
In addition to evaluating the overall success of Facebook promoted posts in the context of their broader advertising program, firms can use the Hearsay Social platform for reviewing and approving promoted posts to address advertising regulatory requirements. As with the Hearsay Social platform generally, all activity can be archived for compliance purposes.
