Hays reports that it has been using the solution for over a year to help its clients proactively manage claims, and has received abundant positive feedback. “By taking a proactive approach on claims management as early as day one, we have been able to provide key insight into which claims could potentially become severe,” comments David Britt, executive VP, Hays. “We are excited to continue our partnership with Guidewire, and work with them to expand our model even further.”

“We’re very pleased to be the analytics solution of choice for this initiative at Hays,” comments Mike Polelle, chief delivery officer, Guidewire Software. “Hays Companies’ implementation of a predictive severity score into the claims administration process takes workers’ compensation claims management to a whole new level.”
