Harford Mutual Selects One Inc ClaimsPay to Improve Reimbursement Experience

The Mid-Atlantic commercial carrier will integrate One Inc’s ClaimsPay technology with its claims administration software provider, Origami Risk.

Harford Mutual Insurance Group (Bel Air, Md.), a regional commercial insurance carrier licensed in nine states and the District of Columbia, and represented by 450 independent insurance agencies, has selected One Inc’s ClaimsPay (Folsom, Calif.) to help process claims payments and synchronize the company’s workflow, according to a vendor statement.

As part of Harford’s campaign to digitize its customer experience and more efficiently manage its property and casualty policies, the carrier will integrate One Inc’s ClaimsPay technology with its claims administration software provider, Origami Risk (Chicago) [read about Harford’s selection of Origami Risk here]. With ClaimsPay, Harford Mutual’s policyholders will have seamless and efficient access to multiple payment options, and underwriters will have a powerful tool to aid in customer retention while reducing expenses and bolstering data security and compliance, according to the One Inc statement.
