Guidewire Names IMS as Solution Alliance Partner

Guidewire Software (Foster City, Calif.) has announced that Intelligent Mechatronic Systems Inc. (IMS, Waterloo, Ontario) has joined the vendor’s PartnerConnect as a partner. Guidewire also announced that IMS will participate in the Ready for Guidewire Solution Alliance accelerator validation program, and the availability of IMS’ UBI Enrollment Accelerator for Guidewire PolicyCenter.

IMS offers a range of insurance telematics solutions all powered by its DriveSync connected car platform. DriveSync platform-enabled insurance solutions and services include UBI, claims management, event reconstruction, incident detection, driver coaching, scoring and analytics, according to a joint statement from the vendors. All services are backed by IMS’ deployment expertise and experience, robust security architecture, and strong intellectual property protection consisting of over 200 patents and patents pending, the statement says.
