Guidewire (San Mateo, Calif.) has announced One Inc (Folsom, Calif.) as its strategic partner for payments, to provide digital experiences that deliver flexibility and agility throughout the insurance lifecycle, from quote to claims payment. The partnership, as characterized by a statement from Guidewire, will offer insurers an out-of-the-box joint solution that will enable the rapid delivery of a frictionless payment experience for customers, adjusters, agents, and vendors.
One Inc is an established digital payments provider for the insurance industry that has more than 60 joint customers with Guidewire. The new partnership between Guidewire and One Inc now offers customers of Guidewire’s InsuranceSuite and InsuranceNow products an integrated payments solution that, according to the Guidewire statement, improves implementation speed and customer satisfaction.
