Franklin Mutual Selects ISCS’s SurePower Innovation as Modernization Platform

The suite will be delivered to the Branchville, N.J.-based P&C carrier as a complete, managed SaaS solution via ISCS’s SurePackage deployment option.

Franklin Mutual Insurance Company, a Branchville, N.J.-based personal and commercial lines P&C carrier has selected ISCS’s cloud-based core system suite SurePower Innovation as target system for its modernization initiative. The suite will be delivered as a complete, managed SaaS solution via ISCS’s SurePackage deployment option, according to the vendor.

“As a mutual insurance company, we are committed to policyholders not stockholders,” comments Gary J. Capone, VP, field services, Franklin Mutual. “The fact that SurePower Innovation is offered as a full suite allows us to benefit from pre-integrated core processes, and provide our customers, agents and staff an efficient, more user-friendly experience.”

Franklin Mutual sought a replacement for a legacy core administration system that ISCS describes as having outlived its usefulness. The vendor says that SurePower Innovation will provide a solution to inefficient workarounds forced by the carrier’s legacy systems, providing faster processing through automation, greater productivity through the elimination of manual processes, and a reduction in operating and maintenance costs overall.
