Forest T. Jones & Company (FTJ), a Kansas City, Mo.-based agency and third-party administrator providing insurance and other financial services to associations and affinity groups, has selected Oceanwide’s (Montreal) Bridge solution for its policy administration needs for its new Accountants Professional Liability Program. FTJ cites extensive breadth of functionality, portal capabilities, and “extensive configurability” in support of speed-to-market goals as criteria for selection.
FTJ will act as the program administrator to market, underwrite and administer the new program under its ProDefender product line designed for accounts with annual revenues up to $5 million, according to an Oceanwide statement. The company will process new and renewal business with the Oceanwide solution.
Configurability and Dynamic Portal Capabilities
“We selected Bridge in large part for its configurability and dynamic portal capabilities. The SaaS implementation was also especially attractive to help us meet our aggressive production timeline,” comments Leroy McCarty, VP of Operations, FTJ.
FTJ also expects to enjoy streamlined processing and the ability for both the program’s carrier underwriters and agents to access Bridge Portal. The vendor reports that its Smart Configuration capability will give FTJ staff desired self-sufficiency, including the ability to manage program changes and updates, as well as the option of adding new programs/products in the future, without need of additional coding or scripting.
