Florida Peninsula Insurance (Boca Raton), has selected Duck Creek’s (Boston) Policy and Billing solutions as part of an broader strategy to pursue new markets, launch new products more quickly, increase customer digital engagement, and make business planning more efficient. Duck Creek OnDemand, the provider’s SaaS offering for the P&C insurance industry, was key to meeting these challenges, according to a vendor statement.

Florida Peninsula’s drive to increase speed and efficiency in all aspects of its operation required a modern, open core systems platform with advanced digital capabilities and SaaS delivery, according to the Duck Creek statement. Among the features of the Duck Creek platform that influenced Florida Peninsula’s selection was codeless configuration, meaning the ability for business users to make product changes rapidly without the need for custom coding or development. Another key factor was Duck Creek OnDemand’s ability to deliver regular software and content updates seamlessly in the cloud, according to the vendor.

It can be deployed on-premises or via Duck Creek OnDemand, the vendor’s SaaS solution for the P&C insurance industry.
