Flarre.AI (Tampa, Fla.) has launched its agentic AI platform for property/casualty and life/annuity insurers.
The platform combines an insurance knowledge graph, an agent studio, an orchestration layer and prebuilt point solutions, according to a Flarre.AI statement. The company says the platform is designed to support business, technology and operations teams across underwriting, claims, billing, implementations, migrations and system enhancements.
Flarre.AI says the platform is organized in three layers. The platform layer orchestrates multiple models and multi-agent systems for high-volume insurance workflows, with visibility into model behavior, cost and execution. The intelligence layer is the company’s Insurance Knowledge Graph, which can be augmented with carrier-specific knowledge and embeds product structures, rating logic, eligibility rules, and state- and country-specific regulations into agent workflows.
The execution layer includes ready-to-use AI agents and point solutions across the insurance value chain, with a focus on software delivery across multiple core platforms.
Flarre.AI says the platform can help insurers accelerate new implementations and migrations, as well as support modernization through AI-native products for business analysis, rating, underwriting and claims. The company says insurers can bring their own large language models and hyperscalers, with Flarre.AI integrating into existing technology environments.
“Any AI going into production in insurance has to answer three things: is the agent doing what it was told to do, is the data staying inside the carrier’s environment, and are the token costs controllable,” comments Anand Kamat, Co-Founder, Flarre.AI. “Flarre.AI answers all three by design, in a secure environment with the organization’s context encoded in a knowledge graph.”
The company says its platform supports more than 25 lines of business across P&C and life/annuity, including auto, property, specialty lines such as D&O and cyber, life insurance, group benefits, disability and retirement products.
Traceability and Auditability
Flarre.AI says each agent operates within the knowledge graph to provide traceability and auditability. The platform encodes product structures, underwriting rules, rating logic, regulatory requirements and policy lifecycle flows across lines, states and countries. The company says production deployments have shown up to 70 percent faster delivery and efficiency gains across implementations, migrations and modernization efforts.
The platform has been deployed by more than six insurance carriers across North America, APAC and ANZ, according to the statement. Flarre.AI says it is now available to other insurers as a licensed standalone product or through agentic delivery services, in which Flarre.AI agents execute implementation and migration work alongside human experts.
The company says the platform can be deployed into workflows involving core systems including Duck Creek, Guidewire, Origami Risk and EIS.
Flarre.AI provides agentic AI technology for insurers, with a focus on software development lifecycle work and insurance operations. The company says its platform is built on the principle that no customer data leaves the insurer’s environment.
