First Chicago Insurance Company (FCIC) a property/casualty company, United Security Health and Casualty Company (USH&C), a health and casualty company, have selected Guidewire InsuranceNow to increase business agility and enhance operational efficiencies. The companies, both subsidiaries of Warrior Invictus Holding Company and based at the firm’s headquarters in Bedford Park, Ill.), plan to begin implementing InsuranceNow for their non-standard auto line of business, followed by their preferred auto, general liability, taxi, and commercial auto lines of business.
“We selected InsuranceNow because we needed a comprehensive, highly configurable, user-friendly, and affordable system that could not only handle expansion, but also increase efficiency and productivity for our core business functions and workflows,” comments James Hallberg, CEO, Warrior Invictus Holding Company. “InsuranceNow met or exceeded all of the performance and implementation timeline criteria we were looking for,”
Increasing our technological agility will allow FCIC and USH&C to enter new states and introduce new rates and products to the market with greater efficiency, according to Hallberg. “This strategic investment allows us to pursue an ambitious business model without having to dramatically increase our workforce,” he says.
Single Application for All Core Operations
InsuranceNow’s cloud delivery and all-in-one character were critical to Warrior Invictus’ selection decision, Hallberg adds. “Its superior cloud architecture has a holistic, uniform approach of methods across modules, offering a faster, more seamless transition and straightforward maintenance moving forward,” he says. “This will enable us to reorganize our workflow structure to free up resources and streamline productivity. The integration of an all-in-one solution is invaluable, as it provides a single application to handle all of our core operations, while offering data integrity and a strategy to deliver on modern APIs.”
We are pleased to welcome First Chicago Insurance Company and United Security Health and Casualty Company to the Guidewire customer community,” comments Steve Sherry, Chief Sales Officer, Guidewire Software. “We admire the companies’ commitment to consistently exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service, innovative marketing, competitive products and new programs, and leading-edge automation, and look forward to beginning our work together.”
