First American Property and Casualty Insurance Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of First American Financial Corporation (Santa Ana, Calif.) that offers competitively priced property and casualty insurance products to home buyers through independent agents and directly through the escrow or closing process, has selected the Duck Creek (Boston) Suite to provide its policy, rating, billing and claims systems.

First American chose Duck Creek for its rapid implementation of business initiatives, business process efficiency improvements, and the depth of data shared among the Duck Creek Suite’s core components. “The Duck Creek Suite improves our access to real-time information, so we can quickly make data-driven decisions that benefit our operations,” comments Jim Court, president of First American Property and Casualty Insurance Group. “The Duck Creek Suite will also help us enhance our agent and customer experiences,” said Jim Court.”
