Insurance Technologies, LLC (Colorado Springs, Colo.), a provider of sales and regulatory automation solutions for the life and annuities insurance industries, announced the integration of FireLight and RightBRIDGE Annuity Wizard from CapitalRock (Bountiful, Utah). The integration aims at providing an enhanced suitable sales experience from research to application for advisors and their clients, according to an Insurance Technologies statement.

RightBRIDGE Annuity Wizard is designed to help advisors determine which products are best suited to their client’s needs, objectives, and preferences. By integrating with FireLight, what was formerly a multi-step, manual process is now an extremely simple and straightforward process, according to the statement. Within the RightBRIDGE Annuity Wizard, once advisors select a product, they can flow directly into FireLight, where an application is created with client and product data prefilled into the application. Advisors can then quickly complete an in-good-order application with e-Signature and submit it directly to the carrier.

The first integration of the RightBRIDGE and FireLight workflow was implemented by Farmers Financial Solutions, LLC (Los Angeles) in April 2021 and is now available to their advisors.

“Our goal was to remove as many barriers as possible and provide an easier and faster method for advisors to meet the regulation requirements, completing their research and moving right into the application process,” comments John Mueting, President, Farmers Financial Solutions. “With this new integration, our advisors can go from RightBRIDGE to FireLight, creating a compliant and in-good-order business submission in minutes.”

“The RightBRIDGE Annuity Wizard provides Best Interest product validation or product selection for the client’s needs. Once the financial professional has selected and validated an annuity—and rider if applicable—the logical next step is to automatically pass this information on to FireLight,” comments John Hyde, president, CapitalRock. “The RightBRIDGE – FireLight integration not only increases the speed at which new accounts can be opened, but it prevents duplicate data entry and costly errors.”

Insurance Technologies LLC describes the FireLight e-Application, a sales component of the vendor’s FireLight Sales Platform, as a multi-carrier, uniquely flexible electronic application, order entry sales solution that manages the application data collection and submission process, generating in-good-order business processing. With the RightBRIDGE integration, Insurance Technologies LLC asserts that producers can efficiently match client information and investment needs to the right product type, generate the proposal, and be ready to quickly complete the compliant sale as soon as the client determines to buy.

Streamlining Compliance Requirements for Clients

“Insurance Technologies is always looking for ways to streamline compliance requirements for clients. RightBRIDGE and FireLight together will provide a repeatable and defensible process that is required for the heightened Best Interest requirements,” comments Katherine Dease, Chief Product Officer, Insurance Technologies. “Leveraging these two best-in-class technologies, firms like Farmers Financial Solutions will be able to deliver a fail-proof straight-through-processing workflow with full audit history and e-Signature around the decision. This integration offers a step forward in efficiency for our industry that provides a seamless and powerful way to sell while ensuring compliance with regulations.”
