Finys has unveiled the latest version of the Finys Suite at ITC Vegas 2026, bringing policy, billing and claims functionality onto a redesigned Finys Platform.

The release includes an updated user experience, embedded CRM, a restructured data model, expanded configuration capabilities and AI assistants across the Suite.

Finys says the redesign is intended to give carriers a more connected core environment for data, products, rates, rules and workflows, creating a foundation for applying AI across underwriting, service, claims and other insurance operations.

“AI can only be as effective as the core environment supporting it,” comments Kurt Diederich, CEO, Finys. “That is why we rebuilt the Finys Suite. We connected the data, products, rates, rules, and workflows AI needs to produce meaningful results across the business.”

A Redesigned Core Foundation

The Finys Platform has been rebuilt to improve performance, scalability, resilience and integration flexibility.

The latest Suite also introduces updated landing and home experiences and streamlined navigation intended to reduce friction in day-to-day workflows.

An embedded Finys CRM provides a customer-centric view of contacts and interactions, while a restructured data model is designed to improve data access and support carriers with complex operations.

Finys Design Studio gives carrier subject-matter experts a low-code environment for configuring products, screens, rules and forms.

The release also includes AI assistants that can answer questions, provide conversational insights and assist with configuration based on where the user is working within the Suite.

Finys says the release is intended to preserve existing insurance functionality while giving carriers greater flexibility to change workflows, connect services and introduce new capabilities without replacing the entire core environment.
