Fidelity National Title (FNTG; Jacksonville, Fla.) has upgraded to the latest version of Innovation Group’s (Farmington, Conn.) Insurer Analytics, a component of the Innovation Insurer core administration suite, which the carrier uses within its claims management process.

FNTG, the nation’s largest group of title companies and title insurance underwriters, had previously completed a three-month implementation of Insurer Analytics, and wished to stay current on the software, according to a vendor statement. FNTG’s focus on minimizing bureaucracy is well-served by Insurer Analytics’ ability to enhance the data mastery maturity level of users, and boost management reporting capabilities to improve day-to-day management, an Innovation Group statement asserts.

The completed upgrade to Insurer Analytics’ latest version enables enhanced automation and more intelligent guided analysis, according to the vendor, as well as the following enhancements:

  • Achieved maintenance self-sufficiency through the use of SQL;
  • Streamlined access to data not typically possible in a manual environment;
  • Increased agility when updating content to meet the evolving needs of the business, due to the flexible data model and easily configurable metrics; and
  • Continued creation of actionable insights for managers by providing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to factors such as staff productivity and adherence to internal best practices.

“We have enjoyed a very collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship with Fidelity National to date,” comments Euan King, CEO North America Insurer Software, Innovation Group. “We are pleased with our ability to continue to provide modern analytics and technology solutions to Fidelity on an ongoing basis.”

Insurer Analytics provides business intelligence (BI), dashboard reporting, real-time analytics and management reporting to assist in managing the business of insurance, according to a description provided by the vendor. Innovation Group says that the application’s extensive configuration capabilities, robust insurance data model, broad out-of-the-box BI and dashboard reporting specific to insurance enable real-time analysis and reporting critical for insurers.
