Farm Bureau Insurance Companies Extend Relationships with CCC

Georgia Farm Bureau and Nodak Insurance have extended their use of CCC solutions to help them accelerate auto claims resolutions and improive experiences for claimants and employees.

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (Chicago), a major provider of claims-related technology solutions to the property/casualty insurance industry, has announced that two prominent Farm Bureau insurance companies have extended their use of CCC solutions to help them accelerate auto claims resolutions and provide better experiences for claimants and employees. Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company (Macon) and Nodak Insurance Company (Fargo, N.D.) will utilize a variety of CCC’s digital solutions across the auto physical damage (APD) claims process, helping get drivers back on the road more quickly and efficiently following an auto accident, according to a statement from the vendor. CCC uses data, advanced AI and an intelligent cloud platform to power a vast network of 35,000 companies, including over 300 insurance customers which include 27 of the top 30 P&C insurers.

Georgia Farm Bureau and Nodak Insurance will use CCC’s digital solutions for workflow, estimating, reinspection, and valuation to help them expedite decision-making and improve customer engagement, CCC reports. The vendor says these solutions enable a modernized claims process, reduced cycle times, and the ability to deliver personalized experiences to their policyholders, seamlessly integrating with existing processes to enhance efficiency.
