EXL (New York) has introduced EXLdata.ai, a modular suite of agentic AI-powered data solutions designed to help enterprises unify and prepare data for artificial intelligence applications. The launch ,includes an expanded relationship with Databricks (San Francisco), enabling clients to take advantage of Databricks Agent Bricks to deploy AI-driven automation across structured and unstructured data sources.

EXLdata.ai aims to solve one of the primary barriers to AI adoption: fragmented and unstructured data across legacy systems. According to EXL’s 2025 Enterprise AI Study, only 30 percent of organizations report enterprise-wide data accessibility. The company cites unstructured data as a particular challenge, representing an estimated 85 percent of enterprise data, according to Everest Group.

The platform uses autonomous agents to manage data discovery, migration, governance, annotation, and operations throughout the lifecycle. Through integration with Databricks Unity Catalog, the solution provides observability, compliance controls, and risk reduction at scale.
