ERGO NEXT Insurance (Palo Alto, Calif.) has launched an Agency Recognition Program designed to support and reward insurance agencies that develop long-term partnerships with the digital-first small business insurer.

The new program features a three-tiered structure—Premium, Elite, and Executive—with escalating benefits tied to agency growth, consistency, and collaboration. Rewards include profit-sharing opportunities, advance commissions, enhanced agency visibility, and access to exclusive events and experiences.

“The Agency Recognition Program is designed to recognize agencies that consistently invest in their partnership with us and reward them as they grow with ERGO NEXT,” comments Jack Ramsey, VP, Agent Channel, ERGO NEXT. “With market conditions shifting quickly, agents need clarity and consistency from their carrier partners. This program is a tangible expression of how we’re delivering greater predictability, transparency, and support.”

The launch follows a series of recent milestones for the company, including its integration into ERGO (Dusseldorf), the primary insurance company of Munich Re, and a high-profile sponsorship with Major League Soccer club Inter Miami CF. These developments, the company says, enable continued investment in digital infrastructure and agent-facing capabilities.

Accelerating Platform Growth

“We want agents to know that ERGO NEXT is a long-term partner they can build with,” says Effi Fuks-Leichtag, Chief Product Officer. “With the backing of ERGO and the Munich Re Group, we’re accelerating platform growth and innovation while investing in those who rely on it.”

The program launch comes amid ERGO NEXT’s broader rebranding and strategic evolution, reinforcing its focus on scalable, technology-driven support for independent agents serving small businesses nationwide.
