Equisoft (Montreal/Philadelphia) has entered into a technology partnership with Databricks (San Francisco) to deliver an integrated analytics platform designed to support life insurers’ digital transformation and AI readiness.

The partnership combines Equisoft’s life insurance domain expertise and prebuilt models with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. The companies state the solution helps insurers reduce legacy system costs, scale analytics, and meet emerging regulatory and operational demands, including those tied to standards such as IFRS 17.
The integrated platform is designed to support a range of use cases—from business intelligence dashboards to machine learning and agentic AI applications—within a governed, scalable data architecture.
