Enterprise Insurance Group, a Tampa, Fla.-based independent agency, has deployed TechCanary’s (Milwaukee, Wisc.) Insurance Platform to support both its MGA and Retail Agency companies on a single platform. Built in Salesforce, the TechCanary platform provides Enterprise with a cloud-based system with full agency management capabilities, robust customer relationship management (CRM), and data access combined with powerful analytics and flexible reporting, according to a vendor statement.  TechCanary reports that successful implementation for the first company was completed in just one month, with both companies in production within three months.

Following an extensive review of available offerings, Enterprise concluded that TechCanary was “the best solution out there and the only insurance solution to leverage Salesforce to such a strong degree,” says Justin Miller, CTO, Enterprise Insurance Group.

Scalable for Strong Growth Trajectory

Enterprise Insurance Group serves small and large business owners, helping them to find coverage for Workers’ Comp, Bonds, General Liability, Commercial Auto, PEO and Payroll Services.  In addition to supporting Enterprise’s existing business, the TechCanary platform provides capabilities, flexibility, and scalability to easily expand as Enterprise’s business continues its strong growth trajectory, according to a TechCanary statement. Enterprise also expects to derive significant value by leveraging what the vendor characterizes as the wealth of pre-integrated applications readily available from the Salesforce library of solutions.

“TechCanary not only offered a great solution, but the TechCanary team, including the TechCanary CTO, was very hands on to help us with the onboarding and migration,” adds Enterprise’s Miller. “Salesforce as the TechCanary platform’s foundation, combined with the system’s depth of capability and configurability make the TechCanary product irreplaceable.  In my opinion it is undeniably the best system for any company in the insurance industry.”
