Encova Insurance (Columbus, Ohio), super-regional carrier ranked in the top 20 mutual insurance companies in the United States (formerly Motorists Group and Brick Street Mutual), has expanded its relationship with Bold Penguin (Columbus, Ohio), a distribution-focused insurance technology provider, to collaborate on the rollout of a commercial insurance solution to improve the quoting experience for business owners’ policies for its independent agents.

Bold Penguin announced its engagement with Encova in 2018. Since then, the two organizations have been working closely on picking the right industries, products, and key agents to approach small commercial, according to a Bold Penguin statement. The newly announced work aims to streamline the rate, quote and bind process and allows select Encova agencies to access their products.
