eMaxx Assurance Group of Companies (Tampa, Fla.) has gone live on Majesco (Morristown, N.J.) property/casualty Intelligent Policy and Premium Audit platforms across workers’ compensation, general liability, commercial auto and commercial property lines of business. The implementation replaces legacy policy administration and premium audit systems and supports eMaxx’s modernization work.

eMaxx, a specialty MGA and attorney-in-fact, provides commercial P&C reinsurance solutions through policyholder-owned alternative risk insurance programs. Before the transformation, eMaxx faced challenges scaling large vehicle schedules, launching products and enabling staff to support customers and agents, Majesco says.

“The go-live of our new intelligent solutions is a significant leap forward for eMaxx,” comments Kevin Seth, Divisional President, eMaxx. “Majesco delivered a modern, intelligent platform that replaces our legacy system and establishes a scalable, flexible operating foundation — enabling growth, product innovation and faster response to market and customer needs.”

Completed in Six Months

eMaxx transitioned to Majesco’s AI- and cloud-native architecture through an executive-led implementation. Majesco says its intelligent workflows, bureau content and software-as-a-service delivery model supported a go-live completed in six months.

The implementation reflects broader adoption of AI-enabled, cloud-native platforms among MGAs and alternative risk providers seeking scalable operating models, Majesco says. With the Intelligent Policy and Premium Audit platforms live, eMaxx is positioned to support its product portfolio and improve operational performance.

“We are proud to celebrate eMaxx’s go-live and the strong execution behind this transformation,” comments Adam Elster, CEO, Majesco. “This implementation demonstrates how AI- and cloud-native solutions can help MGAs modernize their operating models and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving risk environment.”
