Eleos Life (Dover, Del.), a digital-first InsurTech specializing in embedded life and disability products, has launched a free AI-powered assistant for property/casualty brokers and agents. Called AI Agent Desk, the tool enables producers to embed a chat widget on their websites and instantly respond to client inquiries based on custom knowledge bases.
“By providing agents with a high-performance, free AI assistant, we’re removing the technical barriers that often slow down the advice process,” says Kiruba Shankar Eswaran, CEO, Eleos Life. “This allows brokers to focus on what they do best—building relationships and protecting families.”
Key features of AI Agent Desk include:
- Instant Policy Clarification:Quickly translates complex insurance clauses and industry jargon into plain, easy-to-understand language for clients.
- Customizable Knowledge Base:Provides rapid answers based on documents or web pages provided by the user.
- Efficiency for Agents:Reduces the time spent on manual research, helping brokers respond to leads and client inquiries in seconds rather than hours.
- Zero-Cost Entry:Designed as a free resource to support the growth of independent agents and brokerage firms in an increasingly digital market.
Agents can upload documents or website pages to train the tool, which then provides answers to clients in natural language. According to the company, it also supports policy clarification by translating complex language into client-ready explanations, reduces time spent on manual research, and improves responsiveness across digital channels.
The launch builds on Eleos Life’s prior work in consumer-facing AI, including its Theea co-pilot, which the company says boosted policy enrollments by 2.5x in pilot tests. AI Agent Desk leverages the same framework, but is built specifically for business users.
