Theea provides real-time, plain-language answers to policy questions, helping customers understand complex coverage options, clarify insurance terminology, and choose plans with greater confidence. It is available 24/7 and supports multiple languages.

A pilot involving more than 5,000 users over a two-month period found that customers who interacted with Theea were 2.5 times more likely to enroll in a policy.

Key features include:

  • Expert accuracy:Theea draws from proprietary data to deliver current and reliable guidance.
  • Jargon-free communication:It explains insurance terms using simple language.
  • Multilingual support:Customers can access assistance in multiple languages.
  • On-demand access:Theea operates around the clock, without the need to speak with a human agent.

“Life insurance is one of the most important financial decisions people can make, but too often it feels out of reach,” says Kiruba Shankar Eswaran, CEO, Eleos Life. “With Theea, we’re changing that by building awareness through clear, jargon-free guidance, improving access with on-demand, multilingual support, and driving engagement by giving people the confidence to explore and choose coverage in their own time.”

Theea is now live on the Eleos Life platform.
