EIS (San Francisco) has introduced CoreGentic, an AI and agentic-orchestration layer for its OneSuite core platform. EIS says the expansion lets insurers configure, operate, and adapt systems more quickly while lowering the cost and risk of change.
“Legacy systems make change slow, costly, and risky,” comments Mike Dwyer, CTO, EIS. “By embedding AI, agentic orchestration, and a domain knowledge base at the core, insurers can make safe changes in days rather than months, improving agility, cost, and customer experience.”
EIS says CoreGentic builds intelligence into the core platform to automate tasks and coordinate complex processes across the insurance lifecycle, with human oversight on all actions. The company adds that integration with the EIS Knowledge Base keeps changes contextual and compliant, and that OneSuite’s open, modular, event-driven architecture allows AI to be applied across products and operations.
Examples cited by EIS include:
- Business analysts launching or updating products in days with AI assistance.
- AI-assisted rating to accelerate actuarial analysis and underwriting cycles.
- Automated handling of common policy changes via natural-language directives.
- Faster claims intake with guided first notice of loss and fraud triage.
“With CoreGentic, we’ve moved intelligence from the edge of the system into its very heart,” adds Dwyer. “That means business teams can respond to change, launch products, update rules, and automate workflows in hours instead of months, while every action remains contextual, compliant, and safe. It’s not just faster, it’s a new level of agility and trust that enables insurers to grow, adapt, and serve their customers with confidence in the AI era.”
