The vendor reports that carriers and MGAs using the GameChanger Suite MGAs can now store and report on all aspects of their relationship with their producers, including a wide range of commission options, storage and control of licenses, errors & omissions policies, appointment letters/contracts, market notes and documents. Carriers no longer need to maintain a producer’s eligibility outside of the policy administration system, as GameChanger provides checks to ensure that new business access is permitted for properly appointed and licensed agents, according to DRC.
The new features are fully integrated with the Suite and its modules, making it easy to perform tasks like license management, creating flexible commissioning structures, and conducting agency bank account sweep for commission payments and clawbacks, the vendor asserts.
“We have listened to the industry and our clients and have enhanced the GameChanger Suite to help carriers and MGAs manage their business relationships with producers,” comments Robert Whitton, VP, Business Development, DRC. “This new functionality allows us to offer clients a more robust solution that continues to streamline their operation and reduce their total costs.”
The vendor says that future releases will include additional functionality such sales incentive program management, third-party license validation service integration, and additional business intelligence and analytical reporting.
