Desjardins Group Selects Majesco’s Intelligent Sales & Underwriting Workbench

Through a long-term contract with Majesco to implement new business and renewal for its group- benefits business, Desjardins seeks to increase operational effectiveness and enhance CX.

Desjardins Group (Montreal), the largest financial cooperative in Canada, has selected Majesco’s (Morristown, N.J.) Intelligent Sales & Underwriting Workbench to automate manual processes and future-proof its technology. Desjardins signed a long-term contract with Majesco to implement new business and renewal for its group- benefits business, according to a vendor statement.

Through its three main lines of business (Personal and Business Services, Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance, and Property and Casualty Insurance), Desjardins offers a full range of financial services designed to meet the needs of its personal and business members and clients. With over 58,000 employees, Desjardins Group serves more than 7.5 million members and clients.
