DataCubes Promotes Phil Alampi to VP of Customer Engagement

Alampi will continue to oversee the company’s marketing team and will also be responsible for driving its customer engagement and satisfaction strategy.

DataCubes (Schaumburg, Ill.), creator of a data science platform for commercial underwriting, has promoted Phil Alampi to the role of Vice President of Customer Engagement. Alampi, who was the vendor’s VP of Marketing, will continue to oversee the company’s marketing team and will also be responsible for driving its customer engagement and satisfaction strategy.

“As DataCubes continues to grow, the need to ensure we are helping our existing customers advance their strategies on an ongoing basis has arisen and Phil has the perfect combination of drive, experience and passion to lead our efforts in this area,” comments Kuldeep Malik, CEO, DataCubes. “In addition to continuing to build out our marketing team, he is now establishing an ongoing practice for strategic customer engagement.”

Alampi has 20 years of experience in the information technology, insurance and telecommunications industries. Prior to DataCubes, Alampi was Senior Director of Marketing at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (Atlanta), responsible for all marketing in the U.S. for the company’s Insurance division. Alampi holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science in Data Management from DePaul University.
