Cytora (New York), provider of a digital risk processing platform, has announced an integration with CAPE Analytics (Palo Alto, Calif.), a provider of AI-powered geospatial property data. CAPE Analytics’ commercial property data APIs will be accessible on the Cytora platform with the aim of enhancing insurers’ capabilities to assess and manage risks associated with commercial properties.
CAPE Analytics’ commercial property data APIs offer comprehensive insights into a wide range of property attributes, including loss-predictive building characteristics, roof condition, and historical data. Through the integration of CAPE’s capabilities into the Cytora platform, insurers are able to access detailed property information, empowering them to make more informed underwriting decisions and optimise their risk management practices, according to a Cytora statement.
The integration allows insurers to harness advanced analytics and machine learning to streamline underwriting processes, bolster risk management practices, and make data-driven decisions for commercial property risks, the Cytora statement elaborates.
“Cytora’s commitment to innovation aligns perfectly with our integration with CAPE Analytics,” comments Juan de Castro, COO, Cytora. “By integrating CAPE Analytics’ commercial property data APIs into our platform, we’re equipping insurers with the tools they need to make more informed decisions about commercial property risks. This collaboration strengthens our ongoing efforts to provide insurers with the most advanced solutions, ultimately enhancing their ability to manage risks effectively.”
Modernizing Commercial Property Carrier Workflows
“We’re excited to see Cytora continue to push the envelope of innovation in the commercial property insurance space and look forward to supporting carriers through this direct integration,” comments Busy Cummings, Chief Revenue Officer, CAPE Analytics. “Decisions involving commercial property risk are often complex, making modernization and automation a challenge. Together, Cytora and CAPE are providing both the platform and the insights required to modernize commercial property carrier workflows and drive the industry forward.”
Cytora styles the integration as scoring its commitment to equipping insurers with innovative risk processing solutions while leveraging CAPE Analytics’ expertise in providing advanced commercial property data solutions.
