CloudInsure, a New York-based provider of a cloud insurance platform to address emerging privacy and security liabilities inherent to the cloud environment, has selected Oceanwide’s (Montreal) BRIDGE system for policy administration and consumer portal functionality.
A subsidiary of CyberRiskPartners, a provider of risk data analytics and risk transfer solutions to the insurance, risk management and cloud computing industries, CloudInsure will use BRIDGE to enable the deployment of a direct-to-consumer for the company’s cyber liability platform and to handle critical policy administration processes, including rating, document generation and product design, according to an Oceanwide statement.
“Our expertise in cloud and cyber risk makes us a stringent evaluator of cloud offerings,” comments Fred Bartkiewicz, managing partner, CyberRiskPartners. “Oceanwide impressed us with the high level of maturity and sophistication we saw in their SaaS operations. That was very attractive for us.”
Oceanwide’s BRIDGE is a SaaS-based suite of insurance software modules designed to provide an end-to-end processing solution for P&C insurers, brokers and MGAs. BRIDGE’s modules include policy administration, rating, document/policy production, workflow management, claims, billing, business intelligence, and agent and consumer portals.
